Double doors open from a porte-cochere and rock garden waterfall to a dramatic 2-story entrance hall. This new home’s modern geometric design is instantly apparent. Two air-conditioned sitting rooms adjoin one another. The smaller of the two features a powder room and 50” flat screen television with surround sound.
